Join me for a special Blue Lotus Plant Medicine Ceremony to celebrate the Spring Equinox on Tuesday, March 19th from 7-8pm at The Terracotta Room in Manchester, NH.

The Terracotta Room is a plant lifestyle boutique that contains a variety of plants, crystals and curated goods. During this ceremony we’ll be surrounded by the healing vibrations of these plants while sipping on tea made from the blue lotus flower. As we drink the tea you will be guided through a meditation designed to open up your third eye chakra and welcome in the energy of spring. Expect to also be bathed in ambient beats from the plants themselves using a special “plant wave” speaker.

Blue lotus is a flower that has been used as a form of plant medicine for thousands of years. Most notably, the ancient Egyptians worked with this plant in ceremony as a way to open up the third eye chakra and access the “seat of the soul.” The Spring Equinox marks the first day of spring and a seasonal shift into alignment.
