I’ll be serving ceremonial grade cacao to sip on around the fire as I take you through a guided meditation practice designed to work with the energy of this plant medicine and help you align with the power of this lunation. Expect to learn a bit about the energy and astrology of this Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse and how to work with it to bring yourself back into balance through a sitting and sipping meditation practice.

The cacao we will be drinking is the pure, unprocessed form of chocolate and has been used by the indigenous cultures of South America in ceremony for thousands of years as a way to open up the heart space and facilitate heart healing. Join me for a special Blue Lotus Plant Medicine Ceremony to celebrate the Spring Equinox on Tuesday, March 19th from 7-8pm at The Terracotta Room in Manchester, NH.

The Terracotta Room is a plant lifestyle boutique that contains a variety of plants, crystals and curated goods. During this ceremony we’ll be surrounded by the healing vibrations of the plants while sipping on tea made from the blue lotus flower. As we drink the tea you will be guided through a meditation designed to open up your third eye chakra and welcome in the energy of spring. Expect to also be bathed in ambient beats from the plants themselves using a special “plant wave” speaker.

Blue lotus is a flower that has been used as a form of plant medicine for thousands of years. Most notably, the ancient Egyptians worked with this plant in ceremony as a way to open up the third eye chakra and access the “seat of the soul.” The Spring Equinox marks the first day of spring and a seasonal shift into alignment.
