Join me for a special summertime tea ceremony on Monday, August 11th from 6:00-7:30pm in Portsmouth, NH at Spirit Wise Herbs. During this event we’ll be working with the blue lotus plant in tea form as a tool to open up the third eye chakra and allow you to receive intuitive insights from this sacred plant medicine.

This event will begin with a plant walk through Prescott Park; a walking meditation designed to open up your auric field and help you connect with the plant energy around you. We’ll then return to the store for the tea ceremony as you prepare to travel inward to connect with the plant spirit.

Guided meditation, journal prompts, and oracle card divination will all be a part of this plant medicine journey. Please bring a journal and something to write with along with any questions or healing intentions you have for this sacred plant medicine.
